We believe in maintaining highest quality and delivering our products to customers in reasonable time. Most of our products are ‘Made-to-order’ and are shipped within 7-10 days.
Standard Shipping : 7-10 business days (due to on-going festive season, we will try to dispatch all orders asap!)
Shipping charges : INR 200 for online payment (only on orders below INR 5,000) / INR 200 additional for COD (cash on delivery) orders
Payment accepted : Online payment via debit card, credit card, Paypal, UPI, net banking or bank transfer, COD.

- Please note that while we strive to ship all our products as early as possible, the delivery time is also subject to location, distance and other factors specifically in due to ongoing Covid-19.
- We will expedite the process and assist you track the order, but are not liable to any delays caused by courier companies or other external factors.

Exchange & Returns
While our aim is to spread love to our Customers through our designs, it is our responsibility to be fair to the dynamic ecosystem involving talent and efforts of our team and various local artisans. Our policies are designed being cognizant of that.

If you wish to cancel your order, please mail us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order.
All our products go through stringent quality checks. Slight irregularity in texture and color of products is not a defect, but innate uniqueness of our hand-made garments.
Size issues – Delivered product can be exchanged with another size (product needs to be in original condition with tags and packaging intact). Please mail us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the product and we will get in touch with you guiding the exchange process. In case new size in not available with us, we shall offer you Credit Note valid for 6 months. Please refer to our ‘Size Guide’ before making purchase for better clarity.
Damaged product – Before shipping any item, we perform multiple checks at various stages to deliver consistent quality. However, if you have received a damaged product, please mail us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the product and we shall initiate the exchange process with same item or offer you Credit Note valid of 6 months.
Others – In case you wish to exchange the delivered item with a different style option, please mail us on [email protected] within 3 days of receipt of product and we shall assist you with process further. Shipping charges in this case will be borne by the customer.
- If an item is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged again
- For any exchange with new product, it has to be of same or higher value
- Delivered products need to be in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items showing any signs of wear / being used are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Only after receiving and checking the returned product, further process for either exchange or credit note will be initiated
- Sale/Discounted products are not eligible for returns/exchange or refunds

- International shipments are not eligible for returns/exchange/refunds and Cash-on-delivery option.
- All applicable import duties and other charges, that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country, are liability of the customer and hence need to be paid by the customer directly to the shipping agency. Our team has no control over the processes and charges of local customs in any country, and customers should adhere to it to avoid any conflicts.

Bottoms (Pants & Skirts)
Each of our pieces is hand-crafted and made with love and affection. All garments must be handled with utmost care.
For Festive collection / special hand-dyed pieces, only dry cleaning is recommended. For other products, we recommend gentle hand-wash. Machine wash should be completely avoided.
Since cottons have a natural tendency to bleed certain colors on first few washes, we recommend separate washing of colored garments.
